Refund and Return Policy

At HeatNovaLux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, we are here to help with our straightforward Refund and Return Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for processing your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

3. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@heatnovalux.com or call our customer service at 949-481-9805 to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully repackage the product, including all parts, accessories, and original packaging. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or was damaged during shipping, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective item so we can resolve the issue quickly. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please return the original product and place a new order.

7. Refunds for Promotional Items

If you received a promotional or discounted item as part of a bundle, both the original and promotional items must be returned together for a full refund. If only one item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund.
